Satisfaction Guarantee
Here at Randy's Hunting Center, we want you to be
satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any
problem you may have.
Warranties
We offer no
warranties or guarantees, expressed or limited, other than those supplied
by the manufacturers of the products which we offer for resale. The
warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Please
contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty information.
Returns and Exchanges
Before contacting
us with a request for a return or credit, please review our policies below.
Any item in 'NEW'
condition may be returned for exchange or credit within 60 days of the
order shipment date. Please contact us by telephone for prompt handling of
your request. We will issue a return authorization to ensure proper credit
to your account. Additional shipping charges may apply to exchanges. You
can return or exchange an item by mail or in our retail store. Certain discounted,
closeout, and/or seasonal items may not be returnable. Additional
restrictions may apply (see Restrictions below).
Return or
exchange to a store:
Returning or
exchanging your purchase in our retail store is fast and easy. Just bring in
your items, the credit card used (if applicable)
and the invoice that came with your order. We will credit or refund the
value of the merchandise and any taxes you were charged in the original
form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges, unless the wrong
item was shipped or it arrived damaged).
If you do not
have your invoice, we will issue you a merchandise credit for the current
selling price of the items you are returning. Some items purchased online
are not sold in our stores. If this is the case, you can either exchange
them by mail or return them to one of our stores for a refund.
Returning
website purchases by mail:
To return your
website purchase by mail, please follow the steps below:
- Write a note or letter containing
the following information:
- Name, address,
daytime phone number.
- Photocopy of the invoice (keep
original for your records). Reimbursement will be in the same method
as initial payment. Note: If you do not provide a photocopy of the
invoice, a merchandise credit will be issued for the last-marked
selling price.
- Let us know if you want to return
or exchange the item(s), and the reason why.
- Package the merchandise and letter
securely in a quality container.
- Mail the package back, insured
mail, to the address below.
Please allow a
minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will
credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were
charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). Refunds will be given in
the same form of payment. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within
two billing cycles.

Accepted Payment Types
Randy's Hunting Center accepts the following
payment types:
Sales Tax
Randy's Hunting Center charges 6% sales tax for
all orders shipped to Michigan, United States. Orders shipped outside
of Michigan do not incur sales tax.
Pricing and Specifications
Merchandise
prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to
correction.
Not all products are available in all areas due to state or local laws.
Shipping and Handling Information
Products are
shipped according to the following:
- A physical street address is required.
- Standard: In-stock merchandise will
normally arrive in 3-6 business days * after the order is received.
Orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery is Tuesday through Saturday.
- Express: Randy's Hunting Center will expedite your order to be
delivered within 2-3 business days * after your order is received. Randy's Hunting Center will utilize air service unless
expedited ground service is faster.
Restrictions
Some of the goods
which Randy's Hunting Center offers for purchase may
be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law. Randy's Hunting Center is an authorized dealer
of all of the goods it offers for sale, but does not and cannot grant the
right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated
pursuant to such laws. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any black
powder guns and associated items, reloading components, crossbows, air
guns, blank firing guns, paintball guns, slingshots, knives
and other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you
reside. Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C 922(D) (1)-(9), you can not be under a legal disability to purchase certain
restricted items. If you are purchasing any of the aforementioned items,
you warrant that you have read this notice and that you are an adult and
are not under any legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing,
owning possessing or transferring the item or
items you are ordering.
WARNING: Due to
state law we are unable to ship primers and powder to some cities in the
state of New York. New York residents please call Randy's Hunting Center at 989-269-4867 for further information.
Attention: If
ordering from the State of Illinois or if the order is
shipping to the state of Illinois the order must be placed
by Randy's Hunting Center. Please contact Randy's Hunting Center at 989-269-4867.
Black powder Guns:
Warning:
Residents of HI, MA, MI, and NJ please check your local laws for
restrictions before ordering any black powder firearm.
Ammunition:
Warning: You must
be 18 or older to purchase ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped
ground FedEx. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
Check your local laws for any other regulations.
Residents of DE,
DC, IL, MA, NY, and OH please check your local laws for restrictions before
ordering ammunition.

Randy's Hunting Center appreciates the privacy
concerns raised when you access a web site. We believe in the privacy and
security needs of our customers. Therefore, Randy's Hunting Center has created this Privacy
Statement.
Collection
of Information:
Randy's Hunting Center collects the domain name of e-mail
address (where possible) of visitors to our Web site, the e-mail addresses
of those who communicate with us via-email, aggregate information on what
pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer,
such as survey information, requests for information, and/or site
registrations. Physical addresses, credit card numbers
and expiration dates are needed for orders placed on the site.
We hold our customers' information in the strictest of confidence. We guarantee
that at no time will we ever divulge our customers' information to anyone,
for any reason. This information includes customer name, address, phone
number, e-mail address, and credit card information. Information collected
and used by Randy's Hunting Center is for the ordering,
verifying, and shipping of our customers' orders only.

Randy's Hunting Center uses cookies as a means
of associating shopping cart and login information with the user. A cookie

Randy's Hunting Center collects the IP address
and HTTP header of each user that accesses the Site. The information that
is collected includes page hits, page views, user sessions, browsers used,
referring sites and search engines used. This
information is gathered for the purpose of allowing Randy's Hunting Center to maintain the site,
analyze trends and gather broad demographic
information about all users. IP addresses and HTTP headers are not linked
to any personally identifiable information.
Sharing:
The functionality within our website is provided by a third
party, but all information submitted is used only by Randy's Hunting Center. We may share customer
names and phone numbers to trusted partners to be used on our behalf for
limited purposes, such as surveys, to help enhance and improve the shopping
experiences and customer service in all of our business channels.
Mere telephone requests will not be honored from any law enforcement agency
without some documentation evidencing authorization to receive the
